Increasing exercise by 30 minutes per week improves HRQL and movement. According to Rafferty, people who are not engage in any form of exercise should start now to reduce decline in quality of life and movement that can occur.
Engaging in any form of exercise is better than doing nothing, Parkinson patients are encouraged to get involve in any physical activities that is convenient for them.
